Tasks

• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess driver experience, safety history, availability, and job preferences
• Accurately explain job details to drivers, including pay, home time, routes, equipment, benefits, and company policies
• Match drivers with the most suitable carrier or account based on experience, location, and personal situation

Requirements

• Experience: 3-6 months +
• Advanced English
• Strong Speaking skill
• 18 years old and above

Compensation Details

• 500 - 2,000 USD

Schedule

• Afterhours: 02:00 am - 11:00 am UZB time
• Ability to work night shifts (5.30 PM - 3 AM)
