О работе
We are looking for an experienced Driver Recruiter who can attract, hire, and retain professional CDL drivers. Strong communication skills, responsibility, multitasking, and logistics industry knowledge are required. Experience in trucking recruitment is preferred.

- Driver sourcing & lead generation
- Interviewing and screening candidates
- Communication and persuasion skills
- Follow-up and onboarding coordination
