Tasks

• Manage and dispatch loads efficiently
• Communicate with brokers and negotiate rates
• Source loads and build profitable lanes
• Handle operational issues (TONU, detention, layovers, disputes)
• Maintain performance standards (including Amazon loads)

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon and street dispatch
• Proven experience with Amazon, CHIME, DAT, and JB Hunt (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Fluent English (broker-level communication required)
• Entry-level candidates will not be considered

Compensation Details

• Maosh: 36,000,000 – 48,000,000 so'm
• Average monthly income: $3,000 – $4,000+
• Performance-based growth opportunities

Schedule

• Night shift
• Office-based only (no remote)
