Updater Specialist — 53 Group

Job Details

We need someone who doesn't just push updates, but resolves driver issues in real time — fast and with confidence.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience as an Updater / Dispatcher in US trucking

- Experience with street loads, PO / LOT back loads

- Ability to manage 25+ trucks per shift

- Fluent English (written + spoken) and Russian

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Calm and efficient under pressure

- Confident with TMS, ELD, and tracking macros (MacroPoint / Project44)

Responsibilities

- Track all active loads in real time

- Make scheduled check calls with drivers

- Update brokers and customers on location & ETA

- Post macros on time (pickup, in-transit, delivered)

- Flag and resolve delays, breakdowns, HOS issues

- Maintain accurate notes in TMS

- Clean shift handoff to the next updater

Full time Night Shift

• 05:00 – 17:00

- 6 days a week
