Requirements
- Experience: Less than 1 year
- Gender: Male
- Experience at least 6-8 month in trucking industry
- Fluent Russian and English
- IELTS 6.5 minimum
- Work under pressure and make responsible decisions independently
- Take personal responsibility for load performance and customer satisfaction
Tasks
- Monitor and update all active loads from pickup to delivery
- Maintain constant communication with drivers, brokers, and dispatchers
- Track delays, breakdowns, weather issues, and appointment changes
- Confirm pickups, deliveries, detention, lumper, and POD documents
Schedule
- Shift can be either main or night Tashkent time
