Tasks

• Drive and manage the SAP implementation program, ensuring smooth integration and continuous improvement
• Maintain the highest standards of data accuracy and compliance across all systems
• Analyze SAP cost data to provide actionable insights and financial clarity
• Oversee the full lifecycle of procurement catalogs, including their creation, technical validation, implementation, and support
• Support the procurement team with e-procurement tools to boost overall operational efficiency
• Act as a key bridge between the Regional Procurement team and the Global SAP Support team
• Partner with the Accounting team to streamline current workflows, monitor Purchase Order compliance, and support SAP integration

Requirements

• University degree (Finance, Economics, IT, or related fields preferred)
• 1+ years of proven experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and comfort working with SAP systems
• Fluency in both English and Russian (written and spoken) for cross-regional collaboration
• Strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving
