Tasks

• Deliver engaging online lessons in subjects such as Scratch, Roblox Studio, Minecraft Coding, Python, or Web Development
• Follow and implement the provided Darstop curriculum while ensuring lessons are fun and accessible for children
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback via our Learning Management System (LMS)
• Maintain high energy and student engagement in a virtual classroom setting

Requirements

• Technical Proficiency: Solid knowledge of at least one coding language or platform (Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or block-based coding)
• Teaching Experience: Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to young learners in simple terms
• Technical Equipment: A stable high-speed internet connection, a high-quality webcam/mic, and proficiency in using a Digital Pen/Graphic Tablet for visual explanations
• Language: Fluent in Russian (Native/Bilingual). English proficiency is a strong advantage

• Must be available to work during the Tashkent early morning shift (03:00 AM – 08:00 AM), which aligns with US Evening hours (18:00 – 23:00 EST)
• Our primary audience is based in the US, so the ability to work during the US Eastern Time (EST) window is essential
