Trucking Company is looking for HR Recruiters to join the team in Tashkent, near Mirzo Ulugbek Metro, Chilonzor.

The company is looking for candidates with previous recruiting experience who can communicate confidently and hire owner-operators for trucking operations.

This position is suitable only for candidates who already have at least a few months of relevant experience.

Requirements

• At least 3–4 months of experience in recruiting
• Advanced speaking skills
• Ability to hire owner-operators
• Experience in trucking/logistics recruiting is preferred
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to search, screen, and communicate with candidates
