About the Position

We are looking for a motivated and professional HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience in recruitment. You will play a key role in identifying and hiring qualified drivers while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews to evaluate drivers' experience, safety records, availability, and career preferences.

  • Clearly explain job opportunities, compensation structure, home time, routes, equipment, and company policies.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

  • Build strong relationships with prospective drivers and provide ongoing support throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of recruitment platforms and job advertising tools.

  • Punctual and detail-oriented.

  • Responsible and professional approach to work.

  • Ability to make quick and effective decisions.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $1,000 fixed salary + performance-based bonuses.
