Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily fuel consumption across vehicles and drivers
• Analyze fuel usage data and identify inefficiencies or anomalies
• Develop and implement fuel optimization strategies
• Control fuel card usage and prevent misuse or fraud
• Prepare regular reports on fuel consumption, costs, and savings
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Finance teams
• Track fuel prices and market trends
• Ensure compliance with company policies and fuel procedures
• Investigate discrepancies and provide recommendations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Logistics, or Business
• 2+ years of experience in fleet management, fuel operations, or analytics
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong data processing and reporting skills
• High level of accuracy and communication skills
• English and Russian proficiency — B2+
