Tasks

• Leadership: Full management of the Frontend team, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and conducting regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews.
• Architecture & Strategy: Take full ownership of the technical quality, architecture, and performance of the product. Plan and execute complex technical migrations and manage technical debt.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Analysts to implement high-impact B2C features.
• Technical Excellence: Drive the development of shared libraries, optimize build processes, and ensure high code standards through rigorous Code Reviews.
• Performance Optimization: Monitoring and improving Core Web Vitals and overall application performance.

Requirements

• General Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in Frontend development.
• Product Experience: 3+ years working on high-traffic B2C products.
• Leadership Experience: 2+ years in a Team Lead or Tech Lead role with direct reports.
• English Level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher (ability to communicate fluently in a professional environment).
• Core: Expert knowledge of JavaScript (ES2019+), TypeScript, React, and Redux.
• Architecture: Deep understanding of SOLID, GRASP, and modern design patterns.
• Testing & Tooling: Experience with Playwright, Jest, React Testing Library (RTL).
• Build & Infra: Mastery of Webpack, Vite, ESLint, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Web Performance: Proficiency in profiling, debugging, and optimizing web applications for speed and stability.
• SSR/CSR: Strong understanding of Server-Side and Client-Side rendering nuances.

Compensation Details

• $5,000 — $6,500 (Gross/Net depending on contract)
