Tasks

• Monitor and schedule preventive maintenance (PM) for all trucks and trailers
• Coordinate repairs, breakdowns, and roadside assistance
• Track truck/trailer condition, mileage, engine hours, and maintenance history
• Ensure DOT compliance, annual inspections, registrations, permits, and safety requirements are up to date
• Manage tire replacements, brake repairs, oil changes, and mechanical issues
• Communicate with drivers regarding truck issues, fault codes, and repair needs
• Work with repair shops, dealerships, vendors, and negotiate repair costs
• Have knowledge of using quick manage for Setting up new truck and ensuring all permits.
