Position: Flatbed Dispatcher

We are looking for an experienced Flatbed Dispatcher to join the team in Tashkent.

Responsibilities:
• Dispatch and coordinate flatbed and oversize loads
• Negotiate freight rates and secure profitable loads
• Plan routes according to permits and road restrictions
• Use load boards to find suitable freight opportunities
• Handle permits, escorts, and appointment scheduling

Requirements:
• Experience working with flatbed and oversize loads
• Strong knowledge of load planning and oversize regulations
• Experience with permits and rate negotiation
• Good communication skills with drivers and brokers
• Experience using load boards
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
