- Source and book high-yielding regional loops, triangles, and backhauls for a dedicated fleet of company
- Actively negotiate with brokers to secure spot and contract freight that consistently meets or exceeds company RPM benchmarks
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years
- Must have proven lanes and brokers to load trucks starting Day 1
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to manage a fast-paced environment
- Can keep KPI with current market and take a great advantage of current market
- Can bring to company innovative solutions
