Job Details
Tasks
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess driver experience, safety history, availability, and job preferences
- Accurately explain job details to drivers, including pay, home time, routes, equipment, benefits, and company policies
- Match drivers with the most suitable carrier or account based on experience, location, and personal situation
Requirements
- Experience: 3-6 months +
- Advanced English
- Strong Speaking skill
- 18 years old and above
Compensation Details
- 500 - 2,000 USD
Schedule
- Afterhours: 02:00 am - 11:00 am UZB time
- Ability to work night shifts (5.30 PM - 3 AM)
