Requirements

• Dispatcher (only boys): At least a year experience
• Fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek
• IELTS 6+
• Quick decision-making abilities
• Responsible and capable of working in a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage problems of at least 10-15 drivers
• Time management skills
• Familiarity with updating brokers via their company's platforms
• Amazon experience must have
