Tasks
- Manage and dispatch loads efficiently
- Communicate with brokers and negotiate rates
- Source loads and build profitable lanes
- Handle operational issues (TONU, detention, layovers, disputes)
- Maintain performance standards (including Amazon loads)
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon and street dispatch
- Proven experience with Amazon, CHIME, DAT, and JB Hunt (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluent English (broker-level communication required)
- Entry-level candidates will not be considered
Compensation Details
- Maosh: 36,000,000 – 48,000,000 so'm
- Average monthly income: $3,000 – $4,000+
