Job Details
We are looking for a Business Analyst with proven experience in the Logistics domain (Warehouse & Transportation). If you have a passion for structuring knowledge, optimizing processes, and driving pre-sale activities — we want to hear from you. Logistics is not just a plus. It's a must.
Tasks
- Knowledge Structuring & Management: Systematize experience and information across completed and ongoing logistics projects. Build a knowledge base to support pre-sales and active project work.
- Pre-Sales & Client Engagement: Participate in developing proposals for new clients. Present solutions based on company expertise. Collaborate with potential clients to understand their needs and offer optimal solutions.
- Requirements Documentation: Elicit, document, and manage client requirements. Maintain backlog and ensure documentation stays up-to-date.
- Process Optimization: Analyze clients' logistics processes and propose effective, experience-driven improvements.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure implemented solutions meet client requirements and maintain high quality standards.
- Adaptability: Respond quickly to project changes. Adjust processes and documentation as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 3+ years of experience in the Logistics domain (Warehouse & Transportation)
- Experience using AI tools in business analysis (AI agents, custom GPTs, Copilot, etc.)
- English B2 or higher — for documentation and client communication
