Backend Developer Role Overview We build internal tooling that runs company operations — Python services, API integrations (Zoho, Google Workspace), browser automations, n8n workflows, and applications for Sales, Billing, Collections, and QC. The role is hands-on with daily delivery expected.

Tasks

• Build and maintain Python/FastAPI services and integrations
• Automate operational tasks using Playwright, n8n, Google Sheets, and AppSheet
• Contribute to AI tooling — voice agents and LLM-assisted internal tools
• Own features end-to-end, from specification to production

Requirements

• 2+ years of backend development experience — Python preferred
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth2, webhooks, Git, and Linux
• Confident daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) — knows how to prompt effectively, trust output critically, and push back when needed
• Working English; Uzbek or Russian for team communication
• Pragmatic — chooses the right tool for the job
• Fast with AI — uses Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to move quickly
• Self-directed — turns vague problems into working solutions
• Iterative — delivers small wins weekly rather than perfect plans monthly
